First visit to Richmond one of many firsts for PVCC student
Piedmont Virginia Community College student Josh Mlcoch is the eldest of eight children, and has yet another sibling on the way. The previously home-schooled student says his community college is helping him fulfill his dream of eventually studying computer science at the University of Virginia.
Mlcoch and some classmates recently visits with state lawmakers as part of the VCCS “Everyday is Community College Day” initiative to tell their stories and see the legislative process up close.
